  1. Company & banking information

    Enter your company and banking details and upload supporting documents. After submitting, continue directly to the owner and officer section.

  2. Owners & controlling officers

    Complete a separate section for each beneficial owner and controlling officer. Your application reference connects the submissions automatically.

Fields marked * are required for initial review. El Palacio may request missing information or additional documents before approving an account. Complete the application in one sitting; unfinished entries are not saved for later.

Download the original application to review the required information and certification language. Submit completed documents through the online application. Do not email documents containing banking or identity information.
